HELEN KOUKOUBIKI

Helen Koukoubiki was born in Chalastra of Salonica and graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki with specialization in Greek Traditional Dances. She works as professor of physical education in Athens and she is the prefectoral in charge of the Olympic Education. Her intense interest for the health, the sports and the human being as such, led her to an in depth study of  the theory and the practices of  yoga which she teaches in a scientific way in Greece.
