84th TIF – Tribute to Ιndian Cinema
On the occasion of India’s presence at the 84th TIF as an honored country, the Thessaloniki Film Festival organizes a small tribute to Indian cinema entitled “Mother India”,
The tribute includes 3 films dealing with the position of women in India. Screenings will take place in the Stavros Torrnes Hall (Warehouse 1, Thessaloniki Port) from September 8 to September 10.
The films to be shown are:
- Mother India (1957)
- Company Limited (1971)
- Soni (2018)
