Presentation of books οn Indo-Greek studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University

On the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee Birth Anniversary of Prof. U.P. Arora, a pioneer scholar on Indo-Greek Studies, the Greek Chair at the Jawaharlal Nehru University organized a felicitation event and the release of his latest book “Greek Sources on India: Alexander to Megasthenes

The event was organized by Dr. Anil Kumar Singh, Assistant Professor in Greek Studies at JNU, who also presented his recent book “Dialogue of Civilizations: India and Greece“.

Ancient Greek Comedy “Lysistrata” by Aristophanes directed by Ms. Rashma N. Kalsie was also enacted in memory of Aphroditi Krishnamurti.
