International Conference “The Greek World and India: History Culture and Trade from the Hellenistic Period to Modern Times” Part 2

The second part of the international conference “The Greek World and India: History Culture and Trade from the Hellenistic Period to Modern Times” will be held from 12 to 13 September 2023 at the Hellenic Institute of Byzantine and Post Byzantine Studies in Venice.

The conference is organized by the Greek Chair “Dimitrios Galanos” at Jawaharlal Nehru University and the Hellenic Institute of Byzantine and Post Byzantine Studies (Venice) with the participation of learned scholars from India, Greece and third countries.

The first part of the conference was organised at the Jawaharlal Nehru University last December under the patronage of the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias.
