This year’s festival is dedicated to the theme “Our thoughts turn our perceptions: The Art of Pratipaksha Bhavanam in yoga practice and beyond it” and will engage experienced teachers from different schools of yoga. During the festival, the people will have the opportunity to attend free classes and lectures on different traditions and practices of yoga, can participate in various activities and be informed through printed and audiovisual material about the philosophy and the multiple benefits of Yoga.
The teachers invited for the 6th Thessaloniki Yoga Festival:
Christos Pavlou – Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, founder of Iyengar Yoga Centre Sofia, and
Konstantinos Charantiniotis – Anusara Inspired Teacher, founder of Bhavana Yoga Center
The Thessaloniki Yoga Festival started in 2012 aiming to spread the benefits of yoga to people. It is organized by the Cultural Association of Self-Knowledge and Development of Yoga Philosophy – Yoga Festival Thessaloniki and with the help of valuable donors and volunteers.
