This conference focuses on the exploration of the philosophical traditions of ancient Greece and the East, illuminating their commonalities, differences and interactions. Through presentations and discussions, central concepts such as ethics, metaphysics, knowledge and the concept of the self, medicine, music, as shaped by ancient sources and thinkers, will be examined.
The conference is aimed at researchers, students and those interested in the bridges between the two philosophical worlds. The aim is to promote a dialogue that will highlight the timeless value and contemporary relevance of these philosophies.
