Event “Lands of Myths, Muses and Gods: The Tapestry of Greece and India”

Kunzum Bookstore in Jor Bagh, New Delhi, hosted on February 3, 2024, the event “Lands of Myths, Muses and Gods: The Tapestry of Greece and India” which explored the intersections of the Greek and Indian civilizations and a discussion about Greece and India’s philosophical, religious and mythological journeys.

H.E. Mr. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus to India, was invited as the guest of honor to deliver the opening speech. The event featured presentations by Prof. Vasileios Syros (United Service Institution of India) and Shri Srinjoy Chowdhury (Senior Editor, Times Now) and an exciting Q&A session on the rich philosophical traditions and the shared intellectual heritage of Greece and India and its impact on world history.

The event was attended by members of the academic community and diplomats.
