Indian fashion designers inspired by the designs of ancient Greece

Designer duo Arhhan Singh and Junaaid launched new spring summer collection 2014 under AnuNakki at Kimaya in Mumbai. Arhhan who gained popularity as a child star in the movie dekh bhai dekh, said that the collection has been inspired by the designs of ancient Greece.

Greece and India have close cultural relations for more than 2500 years and the influence of Greek art on the Indian was particularly important during the Greco-Indian kingdoms, founded by the successors of Alexander the Great, culminating in the Greco-Buddhist art of Gandhara.
