Sitar Recital with Reshma Srivastava at Parnassos Philological Association

Sitar virtuoso Reshma Srivastava from Allahabad-India will perform at the historic hall of the Parnassos Philological Association, on Tuesday, May 3 at 20:30.

Smt. Reshma Srivastava is well known to the Greek funs of Indian music through her outstanding performances in the past. Some of the memorable moments in her career as a performing artist include playing for the President of the Republic of Cyprus Mr and Mrs Glafkos Klerides organized by the High Commission of India, for the concert in celebration of the 50th anniversary of India’s Independence in Cyprus. And a wonderful event also honoring India’s 50th independence day celebrations promoted by the Ambassador of India in Greece in collaboration with the Municipality of Heraklion Crete. And also sharing the stage with Tabla accompaniment by Yannis Zannis and Kathak dance by Christina Zannis in a special recital organized in Athens in 2016.
