7th Pan-Hellenic Yoga Festival: October 12 & 13, 2019

The Hellenic Yoga Association organizes the 7th Pan-Hellenic Yoga Festival on October 12 and 13 at Tcterminal (Vouliagmenis avenue 403, Ilioupoli – Metro Agios Dimitrios) with the participation of many teachers and schools from various yoga systems.

Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in 40 courses – workshops of different Yoga systems, by distinguished teachers from 11.30 to 21.00. The program will be published on 13/9.

Yoga is a philosophical system that has been developed over the last 4000 years and involves practices aimed at the gradual development of the individual’s consciousness. Its ultimate goal is to harmonize human existence on a spiritual, mental and physical level. The purpose of this event is to make available to the public the philosophical principles and the practices of Yoga.

Entry for 2 days or 1 day is 15 euro. You can register HERE and choose courses from 13/9.
