“Posidonia 2018”, the world’s most prestigious shipping trade event, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary. From 4 to 8 June at the Athens Metropolitan Expo.
This year the International Shipping Exhibition Posidonia is celebrating half a century of global shipping heritage, a milestone with its trademark thought-provoking constellation of conferences, seminars, workshops and heated panel discussions which are yet again set to shape the global shipping agenda and define the future of an industry that sits at the core of world economic developments.
The biennial Posidonia provides direct access to Greek shipping and the owners of the largest fleet under the control of any one national group, dominating the newbuilding orderbook and S&P market. Nowhere else do they gather top decision makers and buyers from all sectors of the international shipping industry to do business on this scale.
The ever-expanding exhibition halls and conference facilities of the Athens Metropolitan Expo Centre, this year will host more than 1,900 exhibitors from 101 countries and over 20,000 trade visitors across an area of over 40,000 square metres.
