Ηelpline for ICCR Scholarship Students

Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) sponsors scholarships for foreign students under various Schemes. Under these schemes, the Council handles more than 2000 admissions of foreign students at various Universities/Institutes on an annual basis.

In this connection, the Council receives a large number of queries from foreign students related to course selection, hostel issues, stipend, status of University/Institute, change of stream, medical facilities, etc. ICCR has put in place a dedicated Email 10 to help to address the grievances, problems, as well as to guide the foreign students studying in India under ICCR Scholarship Programme for foreign students studying in India under ICCR Scholarship Schemes are welcome studenthelpline.iccr@gov.in to write with their queries.

ICCR believes that this mechanism shall redress problems usually faced by the foreign students with regard to confirming their admissions and other queries and streamline the response mechanism on behalf of ICCR.
