Book Presentation “Life in India” by Kleon Arzoglou

The presentation of Kleon Arzoglou’s third book, “Life in India” (Greek:Η Ζωή στην Ινδία), held  on October, 3, 2014 at Gavrielides Publications, 17 Agias Irinis str., Monastiraki, was a big success. It was attended by many new and old friends of India. 

Dr. Dimitrios Vassiliadis, Indologist and Chairman of ELINEPA, pointed out the significance of the book, which presents with humor the life of foreigners in India and at the same time gives plenty of information about the Indian culture, its philosophy and current political events. The well-known actor Konstantinos Tsoumas spoke about the author’s capacity to create fairy tales and wished him a great success in his new endeavor. Mrs. Thekla Tselepi, a radio producer, described herpositiveimpressions of the book and praised the author’s style and effective writing. Actor Giannis Hatzigiannis read extensive parts from the book. The presentation was followed by a musical program with Dimitri Poulikato, Spiridoula and the group “Under the Tree.“
