Indian PM Narendra Modi to visit Greece
On 25th August I will be visiting Greece, a nation with whom India has civilisational contacts for centuries. I look forward to talks with @PrimeministerGR Kyriakos Mitsotakis. I will also be interacting with the Indian community there.

Indian PM Narendra Modi will visit Greece on 25th August 2023 on his way back from South Africa, where he will participate in the BRICS summit. This is the first visit of an Indian PM to Greece after the visit of Shrimati Indira Gandhi in 1983 and is expected to intensify Greek-Indian political, economic and people to people exchanges.
Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis invited his Indian counterpart to come to Greece during their first meeting at the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly in 2019, an invitation that Narendra Modi accepted.
